Restart My Health is a Community Health Club educates people wanting information about food alternative, health and well-being. Restart My Health Charity is accessible through different locations whether it be a Church, Library, Community Centre, Village Halls or on line through the Restart My Health website. A community service is need more than ever in the current climate with the cost of living being so high. Councils need ‘real world’ research in order that they can make more effective decisions where to target their resources and legal commitments.
